• Free delivery on orders over £30; otherwise from £3.49.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery to change your mind.
• Start a return at returns.shazoo.co.uk with your order number and email — we'll email instructions or a prepaid label.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of the item being received.
• Faulty or damaged? Email support@shazoo.co.uk with a photo and we'll fix it fast.
